摘要 目的了解2型糖尿病患者体内氧化应激水平,分析并探索其体内氧化应激指标主成分。方法来医院就诊的2型糖尿病患者作为病例组,进行健康体检者作为对照组。测定研究对象体内氧化应激指标水平;分析不同研究对象体内氧化应激水平差异及反映氧化应激水平主成分。结果病例组与对照组相比,丙二醛(MDA)含量降低,总抗氧化能力(TAOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性在三组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经主成分分析:第一主成分包括CAT、SOD,第二主成分包括TAOC、SOD,第三主成分包括MDA。结论 2型糖尿病患者体内氧化应激水平升高;可用抗氧化酶系水平、非酶促抗氧化水平及氧化产物水平综合反映2型糖尿病患者体内氧化应激水平。 Objective To learn about the oxidative stress level and to analyze the principal component that can reflects oxidative stress level in type 2 diabetes. Methods Type 2 diabetes to hospital were selected as the case group and volunteers to the hospital for healthy as the control group; determined the level of oxidative stress markers in all subjects; then analyses the differences of oxidative stress among them, and to look for the principal component that can reflects oxidative stress level in type 2 diabetes. Result Compared with the control group, malondialdehyde (MDA) content increases, the total antioxident capacity (TAOC), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) activities reduced in the case group, there are statistical ditterences among them (P〈0.05); but glutathion peroxidase (GSH-Px)activity is no significant ditterenee (P〉0.05) in the three groups. Principal component analysis shows: the first principal component includes CAT, SOD, the second principal component includesTAOC, SOD, the third principle component includes MDA. Conclusion In patients with type 2 diabetes, the oxidative stress level increases, and could be reflect by antioxidant enzymes, non-enzymatic antioxidant, antioxidants level.
