头颅局部亚低温联合依达拉奉注射液治疗脑出血的临床疗效与安全性

Head of Local Mild Hypothermia Combined with Edaravone Injection in Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage the Clinical Efficacy and Safety

目的本文主要是探讨研究局部的头颅亚低温联合依达拉奉注射液对于治疗脑出血的临床疗效以及该治疗方案的临床安全性。方法选取我院从2010年3月至2011年3月收治的脑出血患者共65例。随机将患者分为两组,对照组采用常规的非手术保守治疗,观察组在对照组常规治疗的基础上,给予依达拉奉的注射治疗,同时采用半导体的冷冰帽进行局部的头颅亚低温治疗。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为83.3%明显高于对照组的77.1%,两组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。两组患者在治疗过程中没有出现有严重的不良反应。结论小头颅局部亚低温联合依达拉奉治疗脑出血能取得满意的治疗效果,且安全性较高,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To analysis the clinical effects of cerebral hemorrhage patients in the treatment of application edaravone combined with local skull mild hypothermia. Methods 65 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients for the study were randomly divided into two groups, control group given routine treatment. Based on this observation group given edaravone treatment combined with local skull mild hypothermia treatment, comparative analysis of two groups of patients with general information, treatment and clinical efficacy. Results Control group clinical effects rate is 77.1%, and observation group is 83.3% and so the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Edaravone combined with local skull mild hypotherrnia in the cerebral hemorrhage with a significant effect, can effectively improve the recovery rate of patients, is worthy of clinical use.
