摘要
产业融合带来一种新型的大社会技术系统,例如三网融合、物联网、大飞机工程等,这类系统因其跨产业、规模大、结构复杂等特点使得对其创新的治理尤为艰难。通过将大社会技术系统与相类似的(大)技术系统、社会技术系统、复杂产品系统作比较,提出了大社会技术系统的概念和特点,并对其创新及创新治理所面临的困境进行了论述。
Industrial convergence brings a new social - technical system, such as triple - play, internet of things, and gross large aircraft project. The innovation of this type of system is particularly difficult to be managed because of its char- acteristics of cross industry, large scale, and complex structure, etc. This article puts forward the concept and character- istics of social -technical system, compared the large social -technical system with similar （large） technical system, so- cial technical system, and complex product system. Its innovation and management dilemmas are discussed.
