摘要 目的为多指标科技评价体系建立一种主观、客观相结合的权重确立方法。方法采用专家直接评分法、对比排序法、层次分析法三种主观赋权方法和标准离差法、熵权法、CRITIC法三种客观赋权方法确立评价指标综合权重,进行多指标的科技评价。结果主客观赋权方法相结合确立的科技评价指标的综合权重,既反映了决策者经验信息,又反映了实际科技数据的信息,使得综合评价结果更合理和客观。结论主客观方法相结合可用于科技评价多指标权重的建立。 Objective: To establish a subjective and objective method by applying weighted coefficient of multiple criteria for synthetic evaluation of science and technology. Methods : Three subjective weighting methods, including expert mark- ing method, pairwise comparison, analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and three objective weighting methods, including standard deviation method, entropy method, criteria importance through intereriteria correlation ( CRITIC ), were used to determine the weighted coefficient for synthetic evaluation of science and technology. Results: The result was reasonable and objective, and it reflected both the experiences of experts and information of the data. Conclusion: The three subjec- tive weighting methods combined with the three objective weighting methods can be used to establish weighted coefficient of multiple criteria for synthetic evaluation of science and technology.
