螺旋CT在空洞型肺结核中的应用分析

Analysis of Application of Spiral CT at Cavitary Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的探讨螺旋CT在空洞型肺结核中的应用分析。方法对我院2009年3月至2012年1月期间收治的空洞型肺结核患者接受螺旋CT检测的资料进行分析评价。结果本组患者中,X射线检查显示出现57处空洞症状,大小在5～40mm之间;CT扫描显示出现117处空洞症状,大小在4～49mm之间,直径<5mm,位于肺尖、下叶背段等直径小、位置不明显的空洞均由CT螺旋扫描发现。结论螺旋CT检查对空洞型肺结核的分辨率及诊断准确率均高于X线胸片,为临床诊治空洞型肺结核提供了科学依据。

Ojective To explored the application of spiral CT analysis of eavitary pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods Clinical data of March 2009-2012 during the January of cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis patients received a spiral CT testing data analysis and evaluation. Results Among patients, X-ray examination display appear 57 place empty symptoms, size in the 5-40 mm; ACT scan showed 117 place empty symptoms appear, size in 4-49 mm diameter, less than 5 mm in the lung, for back under pointed leaves and small diameter and position of the obvious empty all by CT helical scanning found. Conclusions Spiral CT examination cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis of the resolution and the diagnostic accuracy rate were higher than the X-ray chest x-rays, offer scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment for cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis.
