Study on Independent Intellectual Property Rights Strategy of Zhejiang Medical Devices Industry

技术创新是推动医疗器械行业持续发展的关键动力。首先介绍了浙江省医疗器械行业自主知识产权创新的现状,然后分析目前浙江医疗器械行业自主知识产权创新存在的问题,最后从人才、激励机制、知识产权保护、创新平台等方面提出了对策建议。

Technical innovation is the key power to promote the sustainable development of medical devices industry. This paper first introduces the present situation of the innovation of independent intellectual property rights in medical devices in- dustry of Zhejiang province. Then we analyze the existing problems. Finally from various perspectives, such as human re- sources, incentive mechanism, the protection of intellectual property and innovation platform, we put forward the counter- measures.
