中药复方对山羊的影响:Ⅱ·血清激素水平和血气指标 被引量:5

Effect of Chinese Medicine Prescription on the Goat:Ⅱ. The Serum Hormone Level and the Blood Gas Analysis

摘要 试验旨在研究中药复方对山羊血清激素水平和血气指标的影响。选择6头健康的体重相近的安装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的周岁大足黑山羊羯羊,按3×3重复拉丁方试验设计,随机分为3组,1个对照组和2个处理组,每组2个重复,每个重复1头山羊。对照组饲喂基础日粮,2个处理组分别在基础日粮上给每头羊日喂15 g复方Ⅰ和复方Ⅱ(由藿香、苍术、黄柏和生石膏等中药按不同比例组成)。结果表明:2种复方均能降低山羊血清促肾上腺皮质激素、醛固酮、皮质醇和胰高血糖素水平,提高血清生长激素、胰岛素、促甲状腺激素、三碘甲腺原氨酸、四碘甲腺原氨酸和瘦素水平;2种复方均能提高山羊全血二氧化碳与氧分压、氧饱和度、二氧化碳总量、实际碳酸氢盐与剩余碱浓度及钙、磷、镁等离子浓度,仅降低全血pH;综合而言,复方Ⅰ作用效果优于复方Ⅱ。 The aim of the study was to investigate the effects of Chinese medicine prescription on the blood gas analysis and the serum hormone level of the goats.Six healthy Dazu black wether(one year old and similar body weight) with permanently ruminal cannula were randomly allotted into three groups by a 3 ×3 double Latin square design.One was the control group and the two were the treating groups.The goats in the control group were fed the basal diet.And the goats in the two treating groups were fed the basal diets with different Chinese medicine prescriptions supplied with 15 g per day per goat,such as prescription Ⅰ and prescription Ⅱ,which composed of Herba Agastachis,Rhizoma Atractylodis,Cortex Phellodendri and Gypsum Fibrosunm with different proportions,respectively.The results showed that every prescription could decrease the serum concentrations of adrenocorticotropic hormore,aldosterone,corticosteroid and glucagon,and increase growth hormone,insulin,thyroid stimulating hormone,triiodothyronine and tetraiodothyronine;every prescription could increase the partial pressure of CO 2 and O 2,saturation O 2,and the concentrations of total CO 2,actual bicarbonate,buffer excess,Ca 2+,P 5and Mg 2+ except for pH in the whole blood;in conclusion,the effect of the prescription Ⅰ was better than that of the prescription Ⅱ.
