数控保温床对保育猪生产性能和舍内环境指标的影响 被引量:3

Design and Effects of Digital Electrihotplate on Growth Performance and Environmental Index in Weanling Pig House

摘要 试验研究数控移动式和固定式保温床对保育猪生产性能和舍内环境指标的影响,旨在分析保育猪舍数控保温床设计及应用的主要技术参数。选取28日龄左右杜大长三元杂交断奶仔猪112头,按体重大小、性别均等分配,随机分为移动组、固定组、保温灯组和对照组4个组,每组4个重复,试验期42 d。结果表明:移动组和固定组的保育猪平均日增重分别比保温灯组提高12.37%(P〈0.01)和13.46%(P〈0.01),平均日采食量均略有提高,饲料增重比分别降低5.45%、6.06%(P〉0.05);移动组和固定组的平均日温差分别比保温灯组低2.5℃(P〈0.01)和2.6℃(P〈0.01),比对照组低2.9℃(P〈0.01)和3.1℃(P〈0.01),比室内低2.6℃(P〈0.01)和2.7℃(P〈0.01);移动组和固定组除了第17天和第18天外,相对湿度均维持在40%~55%适宜的范围内。结果提示,数控移动式和固定式保温床设计合理,能使保温箱内温度及相对湿度维持在合适水平,能够提高保育猪日采食量和日增重,降低饲料增重比,能获得比传统保温灯更佳的保育效果。 The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of digital electrihotplate on environmental temperature and humidity,productive performance of weanling pigs.One hundred and twelve 28-d-old weaned piglets(Duroc × Landrace ×Yorkshire) were selected and randomly assigned to one of four groups,with 4 replications per group and 7 pigs in each replication,representing mobile group(MG),fixed group(FG),heat lamp group(HLG) and control group(CG),respectively.The results showed thataverage daily gain increased by 12.37%(P 〈0.01) in MG and 13.46%(P〈0.01) in FG compared with that in HLG;The average daily feed intake were increased slightly,the ratio of feed to gain reduced respectively 5.45% and 6.06%,but the difference was not significant(P 〉0.05).Average diurnal difference of temperature in MG was 2.5℃(P〈0.01),2.9℃(P〈0.01),2.6℃(P〈0.01) lower than that in HLG,CG and indoor,respectively,and in FG was 2.6℃(P〈0.01),3.1℃(P〈0.01),2.7℃(P〈0.01) lower,respectively.The average relative humidity in MG and FG was maintained at 40% to 55% except for the 17th and 18th d of the whole experiment.These results indicate that the design of digital electrihotplate is reasonable,which can improve the average daily gain,reduce the feed to gain,obtain better effect compared with the traditional heat lamp.
