目的调查我院门诊抗菌药物使用情况,分析不合理使用原因,找出解决对策。方法从2011年12月处方中筛选出使用抗菌药物处方1017张,统计抗菌药物使用的种类、途径、疗程、联合应用情况等进行分析。结果使用抗菌药物处方数占总处方数22%,以使用1种和2种抗菌药物为主,疗程5d占大多数,使用途径以静脉注射为主,使用抗菌药物品种以头孢菌素类、氟喹诺酮类、大环内酯类为主,存在有不合理用药情况。结论我院抗菌药物使用基本合理,不合理使用主要是联合应用和静脉注射比例过高,应加大培训和临床用药督导力度。
