摘要
目的系统评价肝络欣对乙醇诱导的大鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法 50只Wistar大鼠随机分为5组,模型组给予生理盐水,给药组按体质量分别给予肝络欣丸,连续给药14d,于第10日起模型组和给药组同时灌胃给予乙醇50%(v/v)连续5d(5g/kg),空白组给予生理盐水;于第15日处死大鼠,分离血清及肝组织匀浆液测定谷胱甘肽(GSH)和丙二醛(MDA)的活性和效价,观察肝脏组织学情况。结果与正常对照组相比,治疗组上述指标仅轻度升高,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);模型组MDA含量明显高于正常对照组,具有显著性差异,治疗组低剂量和中剂量也明显升高,与模型组比较差异无显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗组高剂量轻微升高,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);模型组GSH含量明显低于正常对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.01),其在治疗组低剂量和中剂量中也明显降低,与模型组比较无显著性差异,而在治疗组高剂量中轻微降低,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),同时,组织病理学也得出上述相同的结论。结论肝络欣对乙醇诱导的大鼠急性肝损伤具有良好的保护作用。
Objective This paper evaluates hepatoprotective effects of gan luo xin wan on acute rat liver injury induced by ethanol. Results Above indicators compared with the normal control group, the treatment group only increased slightly compared with the model group, a significant difference (P 〈0.01); the MDA content model group was significantly higher than the normal control group, with a significant difference between the treatment groupdose and the dose also significantly increased compared with the model group, the difference was not significant (P 〈0.05); slightly elevated high doses of the treatment group compared with the model group, the GSH content of the model group, a significant difference (P 〈0.01);significantly lower than the normal control group, significant difference (P 〈0.01), its in the treatment group, low-dose and mid dose also significantly reduce, with the model group, relatively non-significant difference, while in the treatment group, high dose slightly reducecompared with the model group, a significant difference (P 〈0.01), the histopathological also draw the same conclusion. Conclusion The preliminary investigation has shown an effective hepatoprotectivity of ganl uo xin on acute rat liver injury induced by ethanol.
