肾母细胞瘤临床病理学特点及预后相关影响因素
摘要
肾母细胞瘤又称为Wlim’s瘤，是儿童最常见的腹部恶性实体瘤之一，占15岁以下小儿泌尿生殖系统肿瘤的80％以上，偶见于成人。肾母细胞瘤预后与多种因素相关，我们对23例肾母细胞瘤临床病理学资料、p53表达及1号染色体杂合性缺失情况综合分析，判断预后影响因素，为改善患者预后提供参考依据。
