细胞窖-1的多重调控机制 被引量：1

摘要 1953年美国科学家George EP等在观察细胞内吞过程时发现了存在于内皮细胞上的质膜瓶形内陷小窝，将其定义为细胞窖（Caveolae）。后证实Caveolae由鞘糖脂（GSL）、胆固醇、鞘磷脂（SPH）以及糖基锚定膜蛋白组成，其大量存在于内皮细胞、肌细胞、脂肪细胞、肺上皮细胞的细胞膜上，通过蛋白质结构分析，
