Conception and Practice for Hospital Culture Construction

医院文化是富有医院自身特征的一种群体文化,是物质成果和精神成果的集中体现。文章从医院文化建设的指导原则、总体目标、内外在表现形式、实施方法和途径,在新建医院中进行构思和实践探索,认为从思想文化,物质文化,制度文化,品牌文化四个维度,对搭建医院文化建设体系,提升文化软实力具有现实意义。

Hospital culture is a group culture with hospital＇s characteristics and a concentrated reflection of material achievement and spiritual achievement.This article explores the conception and the practice of culture construction,from the view of guiding principles,overall goal,external and internal manifestations,and implementation methods and path in a newly-built hospital.The construction of hospital culture system and promotion of culture soft power should be done according to four dimensions,that is,ideological culture,material culture,system culture and brand culture.
