多基一次监视雷达在空管中的精度分析与仿真 被引量:2

摘要 在空管多基一次监视雷达系统的研究中,空管监视系统复杂,定位精度控制管理困难。为此提出采用多个发射站和接收站结构的多基一次监视雷达的TOA定位算法,明确了多基一次雷达定位精度差是由于距离测量误差和几何精度引起的。根据国际民航组织航路5NM和终端区域3NM最小间隔的标准和民航监视系统的精度要求,提出了运用多个发射站和接收站结构的多基一次监视雷达模型来改善几何精度因子,并对多个发射站和接收站的情况进行了仿真。仿真结果验证了采用多基一次监视雷达能满足民航航路和终端区的精度要求。 The article discussed the positioning accuracy of Multi-Static Primary Surveillance Radar using in air traffic surveillance system.The location algorithm for the time of arrival(TOA) about multiple transmitters and receivers of MSPSR was analyzed to draw a conclusion that the factors influencing positioning accuracy are distance measurement error and dilution of precision(DOP).For the ICAO minimum separation of 5 NM for the En route and 3NM for the TMA,the accuracy requirement for MSPSR acting as surveillance system using theory of collision risk and comparative law was analyzed,the model of multiple transmitters and receivers of MSPSR was proposed to improve DOP,and the situation of multiple transmitters and receivers was simulated.Computer simulation results prove that MSPSR can meet the civil aviation requirement of accuracy in En route and terminal.
