摘要
数字样机系统主要以几何样机技术为基础,考虑装配、维修等工艺过程来构造。但是在一些复杂的大型装置的数字样机中,由于工艺复杂并且要求较高,装配力等力学特性是必须考虑的,通过有限元计算得到的精确的分析结果,难以与数字样机进行集成可视化仿真。针对上述问题,提出了一种有限元计算结果,通过实时插值运算,实现与数字样机的交互过程的同步可视化的方法,构造了一个典型的数字样机原型系统,是几何样机过渡到物理样机的一个较好技术尝试。
Virtual maintenance is based on geometry mock-up and considering assembly and maintenance technics at the same time.However,some complicated digital mock-up of large-scale equipments must consider various mechanics factors such as assembling force,because of the complicated technics and high requirement.Accurate FEA analysis results cannot be visualized with the interactive process of digital prototyping integratedly.A method was proposed,which was based on the FEA analysis results.Through real time interpolation,synchronized visualization with interactive process of digital mock-up was realized.A digital mock-up prototype system considering assembling force was constructed,and it is also a good attempt of transmitting from geometry prototyping to physics prototyping.
