摘要
研究柔性机械系统稳定性优化问题,柔性系统存在残留振动,造成系统模型存在误差以及在运行过程中参数发生变化。为有效抑制系统的残留振动,提出了一种频域的零点配置方法设计对频率和阻尼误差均有较强鲁棒性的多峰极不灵敏(EI)时滞滤波器。通过在极点或极点附近配置时滞滤波器的多重零点设计EI时滞滤波器,同时考虑了系统的振动频率和阻尼的变化,运用Matlab软件进行了编程设计和性能分析。仿真结果表明,新方法设计的鲁棒EI时滞滤波器能更有效地抑制负载的残留振荡,可更好地适应系统参数的不确定性。
Study on controling residual vibration of flexible structures.During the system modeling,many nonlinear factors and uncertain factors are ignored.As a result,there are errors in system models and the parametres vary in the operating processes,so that the flexible system produces higher vibration.In order to solve this problem,a zero-placement method in the frequency domain was proposed to design a robust extra insensitive(EI) time-delayed filter by placing two or more filter zeros near the system poles.Considering vibration frequency and dampening changes,the EI fileter has stronger robustness.It used Matlab in program design and performance analysis.The simulation results indicate a better suppression of the load vibrations is obtained using the proposed EITF,which adapts to the uncertain parameters of the system better.
