结合"包装工艺学"课程性质和在专业培养方案中的地位,针对"包装工艺学"课程现行教学内容、教学手段和教学方法等存在的问题,提出了相应的改革方案,并将其应用于教学实践中。通过对教学内容、教学手段和教学方法的改革与提升,达到改善本科专业教学效果的目的,尽量减少专业课程间教学内容的交叉与重复,提高专业课程教学的效率,扎实专业基础,拓宽专业知识面,提高学生对专业课程的理解和认识;通过多媒体教学手段的使用,提高学生对专业知识的感性认识和对专业课程学习的兴趣,进一步加深学生对专业知识的领悟程度,提高学生分析和解决生产实践问题的能力,使本科教学更加适应社会的需要,为培养高素质的综合性专业人才打下坚实的基础。

In this paper,combined with the characteristics of Packaging Technology course and its position in the professional training program,the issues related to Packaging Technology course in the teaching process,including the teaching content, teaching means and teaching methods et al,were discussed.The corresponding reform plan was put forward and practiced. By reforming and enhancing the teaching content,teaching means and teaching methods,the purpose of improving undergraduate teaching effectiveness should be achieved,the cross and repeated courses teaching content should be minimized,the efficiency of the professional teaching should be improved,the professional foundation should be reinforced,the professional knowledge should be broadened,the understanding and awareness of the students to professional courses should be enhanced. By means of multimedia teaching,the perceptions of professional knowledge and the interest in professional courses should be enhanced,the ability of analyzing and solving the problem of production practices should be further enhanced.It made the undergraduate teaching more adapt to the needs of the society,and laid a strong foundation for the training of highquality professionals.
