摘要
氧阻聚作用是影响UV油墨体系固化反应的重要因素。本实验针对氧气浓度对UV油墨体系固化速率的影响,设计制作了可以改变氧气浓度的UV固化装置,制备了一系列UV油墨样品,探讨了不同氧气浓度下光引发剂种类及其含量对体系固化速率的影响。结果表明:在测试范围内,UV油墨体系的双键转化率与氧气浓度有很大关系。在氧气浓度较低时,双键转化率较高;随着氧气浓度的增加,双键转化率呈明显下降趋势。以体系ITX/EHA为例进行研究,当光引发剂ITX含量在1%~10%之间变化时,光引发剂的含量越高,双键转化率越大,固化速率越高。
Oxygen inhibition is an important factor which influences the curing reaction of UV curing system.In order to study the effect of oxygen concentration on curing ratio of UV curing systems,UV curing equipment that could change the oxygen concentration was designed and series of UV ink samples were prepared in this paper.Effect of species and content of photo - initiators on curing ratio in different oxygen concentration was discussed.The results showed that oxygen concentration has much to do with the double bond conversion ratio of UV curing systems in the test range.While the oxygen concentration is lower,the double bond conversion ratio is higher.With the increase of oxygen concentration,the double bond conversion ratio decline sharply.Curing system ITX/EHA has a higher double bond conversion ratio and a faster curing rate. When the content of photo - initiator ITX is 1%~ 10%,the double bond conversion ratio and curing ratio increases with the increase of the content of ITX.
