摘要
为什么毕奥—沙伐尔定律不能推广到迅变电磁场 ?确实是个不易回答的问题 .本文剖析了教学中常见的几种错误观点 ,并指出错误的原因 .
It is a not easy problem why the Biot-Savart law can not be extended to the varied electromagnetic field with time. In this paper, several usual incorrect viewpoints are analyzed.
