＂He＂, or Harmony, an important concept in traditional Chinese culture and traditional Chinese Medicine, has profound and multiple meanings. The implication and thought about the harmonies of uni-verse, man-heaven, psychology, five-zang organs, and diet in the Canon of Internal Medicine and their re lationship with ＂harmony＂ in philosophical thought were investigated, which lays a foundation for further study of the harmony theory in the Canon of Internal Medicine.
