摘要
采用AchE组织化学方法结合体视学技术对正常大鼠海马CA1、CA2、CA3区及齿状回各板层的胆碱能纤维密度进行测量 。
The densities of cholinergic Fibers in each layer of hippocampus CA1 area,CA2 area,CA3 area and dentate gyrus in rats were measured by acetylcholinesterase (AchE) histochemical method and stereological technique.These results provide morphological information for further investigation of the function of hippocampal cholinergic system.
