摘要
按照模块化程度的不同,加热炉模块化可分为分体制造运输和现场组装、部分模块化和完全模块化3种形式。文章重点介绍了加热炉辐射段采用分体制造运输和现场组装模块化设计方案,对流段采用部分模块化的设计方案。
According to the modular degree,heating furnace module can be divided into three types of split manufacture transportation and field assembly,part modular and fully modular.This paper emphatically introduces the furnace radiant section adopts the split manufacturetransportationandfieldassemblyofmodulardesignscheme,andtheconvectionsectionadoptspartmodulardesignscheme.
