摘要
TRIZ(theory of inventive problem solving)除了可应用于工程技术领域的创新外,同样适用于商业管理领域的创新。介绍了TRIZ的一般工具及六箱分析法解决问题流程,并利用其分析了传统的企业销售模式与使用电子商务模式之间存在的问题。基于管理科学的原理提示解,为存在的问题提出了可能的解决方案。证实了TRIZ理论在解决商业管理问题方面也是有效的。
TRIZ can be applied both on the field of engineering ＆ technology and business ＆ management for innovation.Tools and analysis process of six-box scheme of TRIZ were introduced, and the problems between the traditional enterprise sales model and the use of e-commerce model were analyzed by them.Possible solutions for the problems were offered based on the ptinciples＇ prornpt solutions of management science.TRIZ is proved effective in resolving Business Management problems.
