摘要
应用理论分析和三维造型设计相结合的方法,研制微细精密小孔电火花加工专用的水循环系统。在设计过程中将理论知识与三维造型设计紧密结合,以解决水循环系统结构设计和关键零部件选型问题。总结出了一套可推广到相似领域的设计方法,并将冗余设计方法应用于设计过程中。
In order to design a water circulation system for precise micro-holes' EDM, theory analysis and three dimensional design methods were used. In the process of the development, close in-tegration of theory analysis and three dimensional design methods, the problems of the construction de-sign and key parts' selection have been solved, a method of water circulation system was given. This method can be extended to the similar fields. The redundancy technology has been used in this field,
