腹腔镜胆囊切除术后可吸收钛夹的超声声像图回顾性分析

Retrospectively analysis of ultrasound imaging of absorbent titanium clamp after laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的回顾性分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术后可吸收钛夹的超声声像图表现。方法对连云港市中心医院普外科88例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术病人进行原胆囊区、胆总管及肝内胆管超声检查。结果 65例腹腔镜胆囊切除术后病人超声声像图上可显示胆总管壁外或壁上结节样强回声。结论正确认识可吸收钛夹超声声像图表现可为临床诊断提供帮助。

Objective To analyze retrospectively the ultrasound imaging of the absorbent titanium clamp after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods A total of 88 patients underwent ultrasound examination after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Results In 65 patients, the ultrasound imaging of the absorbent titanium clamp displayed strong echo nodules near or on the wall of the common bile duct. Conclusions The correct understanding of the ultrasound imaging of the absorbent titanium clamp after laparoscopic cholecystectomy can provide help for clinical diagnosis.
