This paper expounds the application of EPON technology adequately, through the new way to trans- the whole region of the optical cable network, that can be science flexible and economic transformation of the existing optical cable network, improve the bidirectional cable network quality, describes the design, com- missioning to monitor the network until the application of a combination of scientific process and methods.
