高校图书馆面向社会开放打破了原有的利益平衡,引发社会读者与校内读者、社会读者与图书馆,以及社会读者与高校之间的利益冲突。高校图书馆面向社会开放后的各方利益平衡可以通过合理限定服务对象范围,总量控制读者人数,科学确定服务内容等方法予以解决。

The opening of university library to the society breaks the original balance of interest, and causes the conflict of in terest between social readers and readers on campus, social readers and libraries, and social readers and universities. The balance of interest between different parties after the university library opens to the society can be redressed by rational limitation of the scope of service object, control of the total number of readers and scientific definition of service content.
