Review of Library's Information Service from the Citations of Theses for Master's Degree

对硕士学位论文的引文分析表明:地方高校硕士生对各类文献信息的功能与特点没有完全掌握,学位论文研究过程中获取文献信息的途径少,引文偏于陈旧,部分硕士生的信息素养偏低。本文提出地方高校图书馆应嵌入学位论文的研究过程加强对硕士生的信息素养教育,在优化馆藏资源的同时加强资源的宣传与营销工作;另外,要充分利用现代信息技术,拓展信息服务新途径,构建平等、和谐的信息交流学习中心。

Analysis of citations of theses for master＇s degree shows that postgraduates in local universities have not fully grasped the functions and characteristics of various literatures. They only have a few approaches to acquiring literatures during their study of theses, their citations are relatively old, and some postgraduates＇ information literacy are on the low side. The paper suggests that local university libraries should participate in the research process of theses and strengthen the information literacy education of postgraduates. While optimizing the library collections, they should strengthen the publicizing and marketing of resources. Furthermore, they should make full use of modern information technologies, develop new path to information service, and construct an equal and harmonious center for information exchange and learning.
