摘要
文章通过实证研究,分析用户在网站界面设计方面的心智模型以及用户职业背景的差异对其心智模型的影响,并在此基础上提出基于用户心智模型分析的政府网站设计优化的方法,从而为政府网站的可访问性研究提供新思路。
This paper uses the method of empirical study to analyze the mental models of users in designing website interface as well as the influences of user occupation background differences on their mental models. And on this basis, the paper presents the optimization method for government website design based on users＇ mental models, and provides a new idea for the study of govern- ment website accessibility.
