摘要
在开放式创新环境下,国防科技信息保障工作具有需求复合性、渠道多样性、流动开放性和管理复杂性等特点,应建立并完善需求生成机制、资源共享机制和协同互动机制,通过输入转化、协同参与、交流反馈等模式在开放式创新活动中发挥积极的作用,为充分发挥国防科技工业内部与外部信息资源的优势作用提供保障。
In the open innovation environment, defense science and technology information security work has the characteristics of composite demand, diversified channel, open flow and complex management. It's necessary to establish and perfect the demand generating mechanism, resources sharing mechanism and collaborative interaction mechanism, and defense science and technology information should play an active role in the open innovation activities by the use of the. input transformation, collaborative participa tion and exchange feedback modes so as to provide support for the bringing of the internal and external information; information re sources of defense science and technology industry into full play.
