摘要
粉孢侧革菌处理漂白废水的能力主要受菌种的营养状况影响, 本文利用不同的人工合成培养基验证了漂白废水脱色与贫氮引发的木素降解态是有关的. 在自制的固定膜反应器中, 采用两种天然营养液作为起始培养基, 两种废水预调液作为处理对象进行了组合试验. 结果表明起始培养基影响反应器系统的脱色性能, 而废水预调液组成影响CODcr去除性能和反应器长期运行能力.
The ability of white-rot fungiP.Chrysosporium to treat bleaching effluent is mainly affected by its state of nutrition. By using various synthetic mediums, the authors verify here that effluent decolorization is related to the fungi's ligninolytic state, which can be induced under the low-nitrogen growth medium. In a self-made mycelium immobolized bio_reactor two kinds of natural nutrient solutions as growth mediums and two kinds of pre-adjusted effluents as treating mediums are combined and tested. It shows that the growth medium affects the decolorization ability, while pre-adjusted effluent affects the CODcr degradation rate and the long_term running ability of the bio_reactor system.
