真空变压变温耦合吸附过程捕集烟道气中CO_2的研究

摘要 研究了用六步真空变温变压耦合吸附工艺(VTSA)捕集烟道气中CO2的过程。考察了不同再生温度和压力下用VTSA工艺分离CO2的效果。在压力为10kPa和温度为423K的再生条件下,烟道气中CO2的纯度由15.0%增至93.4%,同时具有95.4%的回收率。对六步VTSA工艺过程进行了模拟,并通过实验结果对模型进行验证。最后模拟了一个不包含降温过程的五步VTSA工艺,以提高吸附剂的产率。 A six-step combined vacuum and temperature swing adsorption process(VTSA)was studied for CO2 capture from flue gas. Experiments under different regeneration conditions were investigated and the VTSA performance for CO2 separation was evaluated. Purity of CO2 from flue gas can be concentrated from 15.0% to 93.4% with a recovery of 95.4% under desorption at 10 kPa and 423 K. Simulations were also performed and the model was verified by the experimental results. Finally, a modified five-step VTSA cycle without cooling step was also proposed to enhance the unit productivity.
