摘要
通过研究直馏、焦化及催化柴油的含硫化合物的结构与分布、含硫量、含氮量以及芳烃含量等性质差异,采用Co-Mo和Ni-Mo-W两种柴油深度脱硫催化剂对比考察了不同柴油的深度脱硫效果。研究结果表明:直馏柴油采用Co-Mo型催化剂效果较好,焦化柴油和催化柴油采用Ni-Mo-W型催化剂更有利于烷基取代的苯并噻吩和二苯并噻吩的脱除。处理二次加工柴油时,Ni-Mo-W催化剂还具有较好的脱氮和芳烃饱和能力。
Two catalysts, Co-Mo and Ni-Mo-W supported on γ-alumina, were used to evaluate the hydrodesulfurization effect of three typical diesel oils by analyzing their properties including sulfur content, sulfur compound structures and distributions, nitrogen content and aromatic content. Results showed that Co-Mo catalyst was more effective in sulfur removal when treating straight run gas oil. In the case of delayed coker diesel and FCC normal light cycle o removing benzothiophene, dibenzothiophene and processed diesel oils, Ni-Mo-W showed higher abil to Co-Mo-1s, Ni-Mo-W catalyst showed a better performance for their derivates than Co-Mo catalyst.
