摘要
研究了四种波形的超声波对啤酒酵母细胞生长的影响. 在细胞生长的调整期进行超声辐照时, 各种处理对细胞生长都有不同程度的促进作用, 其中第三波形的效果最好; 在对数生长期进行处理时, 对细胞生长有抑制作用, 且前期处理效果最好的波形对后期的抑制作用也最明显. 在平衡期进行处理, 对细胞生长没有明显影响.
: Four types of ultrasonic waves are employed to study the effects of ultrasonic i rradiation on the growth of Saccharomyces cerevisiae cells at different phas e of growth. When cells were irradiated with Wave III at lag phase, positive eff ects were observed. Effects observed at logarithmic phase show that the worse w aveform at logarithmic phase is the better one at lag phase. No obvious effects were observed at platform phase under ultrasonic irradiation.
