摘要
目的评价红花注射液对糖尿病血流动力学及血清C反应蛋白的影响。方法选取2010年1月至2011年6月收治的糖尿病慢性血管并发症患者120例,随机分为两组,各60例。研究组采用格列齐特80 mg(每日3次)加红花注射液20 mL(每日1次)治疗,对照组采用盐酸格列齐特80 mg(每日2次),均以15 d为1个疗程,连用3个疗程后观察血糖、餐后2 h血糖、血液流变学指标(全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积)及C反应蛋白。结果研究组治疗后血糖、餐后2 h血糖均明显下降,与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),与对照组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05);研究组治疗后血液流变学指标有明显改善,与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);研究组治疗后C反应蛋白明显下降,与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论红花注射液的降血糖效果与格列齐特相当,在改善血液流变学指标和降低C反应蛋白方面优于格列齐特,对糖尿病慢性血管并发症能起到良好的防治作用。
Objective To evaluate the effects of Safflower Injection on the hemodynamics and C-reactive protein(CRP) in diabetic pa- tients. Methods 120 diabetic patients with vascular complications in this hospital from January 2010 to June 2011 were selected and randomly divided into the two groups with 60 cases in each group. The study group was given with gliclazide 80 mg,3 times daily,and Safflower Injection 20 mL, once daily. The control group adopted gliclazide hydrochloride 80 rag, twice daily. After 3 treatment courses with 15 d as a treatment course,the changes of fasting blood glueosc(FBG),2 h postprandial glucose(2hFBG),hemorheologieal parameters and the CRP level were observed. Results Compared with pretreatment,FBG and 2hPBG after treatment in the study group were obvi- ously dropped (P〈0. 01),but there was no statistical difference compared with the control group(P〉0.05). The hemorheological pa- rameters after treatment in the study group were significantly improved than those before treatment (P〈0.01),and also showed statisti- cal difference compared with the control group (P 〈 0.05). The CRP level after treatment in the study group were obviously dropped (P 〈 0. 05), showing statistical difference in comparison with before treatment and the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Saf- flower Injection has the effect similar to gliclazide in decreasing the blood glucose, and is better than gliclazide in improving the hemorheoIogical parameters and decreasing CRP, which indicating that Safflower Injection plays the good therapeutic and preventive role in vascular complication of diabetes mellitus.
