摘要
文章在分析民兵主要的作战样式和民兵军械仓库面临任务的基础上,结合仓库现状,从物资安全、设施设备配套、人员素质和机动保障方面研究了提高战备能力的措施和方法。
The article analyses militia patter of operation and facing mission, considers the situation of ordnance warehouse. The article puts forward measures to strengthen the warehouse in safety of material, equipment integrality, member faculty and mobile support.
