摘要
本实验是通过向铝酸盐水泥中加入SiC,研究加入SiC后是否能提高铝酸盐水泥高温后的强度。本实验共制备了四种配比(SiC的加入量为0、10、20、30wt%)的试块,通过养护到规定龄期,分别测定其常温强度、高温煅烧(800,1000和1200℃+3小时)后的强度。实验结果表明:SiC的最佳加入量为10%,最佳煅烧温度为1000℃×3h。适量添加碳化硅粉体可以改善铝酸盐水泥的强度。
This experiment studies the strength after adding SiC to aluminate cement in high temperature. The experiment prepares four matching of test blocks, and the addition of SiC is separately 0wt%, 10wt%, 20wt%, and 30wt%. After the required period, it measures the strength at normal temperature and after high-temperature calcination at 800℃, 1000℃, and 1200℃ for three hours. The result shows that the optimal addition of SiC is 10%, and the optimal calcination temperature is 1000℃ for three hours. Adding right amount of silicon carbide powder can improve the strength of aluminate cement.
