Human resource planning is an important part of the human resource management, and directly reflects enterprise development strategy. Human resources planning contributes for the long development of the enterprise. This paper introduced characteristics, the current situation and the problems in the human resource planning of electric power enterprise, and analyzed the related measures to improve the scientific human resources planning of electric power enterprise.
