摘要
合成了二种含二环己酮草酰二腙桥的新型双核镍配合物 [Ni2 ( BCO) ( phen) 4 ]( Cl O4 ) 4和 [Ni2 ( BCO) ( NO2 - phen) 4 ]( Cl O4 ) 4 ( BCO为二环己酮草酰二腙 ,phen为 1 ,1 0 -邻菲咯啉 ,NO2 - phen为 5-硝基 - 1 ,1 0 -邻菲咯啉 ) .通过元素分析、IR、UV- Vis光谱和摩尔电导方法确定了配合物的组成并推断了 Ni( )离子的配位环境 .初步进行的生物活性实验测定表明 ,桥联配体 BCO具有一定的杀菌活性 ,且形成双核配合物后杀菌活性明显提高 .
Two novel binuclear nickel(Ⅱ)complexes have been synthesized by using biscyclo hexanone oxalyldihydrazone as bridge ligand,namely[Ni 2(BCO)(phen) 4](ClO 4) 4 and[Ni 2(BCO)(NO 2 phen) 4](ClO 4) 4(BCO,phen and NO 2 phen denote biscyclohexanone oxalyldihydrazone,1,10 phenanthroline and 5 nitro 1,10 phenanthroline respectively).The complexes are characterized and identified,the environment of nickel(Ⅱ) is found by the elementary analyses,IR,electronic spectra and molar conductivity.The antibacterial activities of the two complexes and BCO are measured.The results show that the antibacterial activities of the binuclear complexes are superior to the chelating agent.
