摘要
本文主要是对培训项目的需求状况进行了分析,也就是说通过一系列的调查包括人员素质考察、业绩绩效水平和组织共同目标等来分析研究,判断出实际现状和理想状态的差距能否通过培训这种方式来缩小,以及要具体怎么样来培训解决;然后通过对比国内外的培训项目的优缺点,对两者的进行详细的评价。
This paper analyzed the demand conditions of the training program, and determines whether the gap between the actual status and ideal state can be narrowed by training and determines the specific training program through a series of survey analysis, including, the investigation of personnel"s quality, the results performance level and the common goals of organization; then carried out a detailed evaluation of both by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the training project at home and abroad.
