摘要
"双师型"教师是高职教育能否实现人才培养目标的根本保证,也是能否确保人才培养质量的关键。构建与"双师型"教师相适应的教师考核体系,是"双师型"教师队伍建设中一个不可回避的现实问题,也是将"双师型"教师队伍建设真正落到实处、取得实效、进一步推向深入的有效手段。
"Double Type" Teachers are the fundamental guarantee to achieve the personnel training objectives of higher vocational education, and also the key to ensure the quality of personnel training. To establish teacher evaluation system to adapt to "Double Type" Teachers is an unavoidable problem of "Double Type" Teachers construction and the effective means to truly implement and further promote "Double Type" Teachers construction, and achieve tangible results.
