摘要
海藻糖是一种具有广阔应用前景的生物保护剂。提出了一条从啤酒厂废酵母中提取海藻糖的工艺路线。通过抑制酶的活性 ,采用活性炭脱色 ,阴阳离子交换除杂和脱色 ,最后经浓缩、结晶和干燥 ,制成海藻糖产品。
Trehalose is a kind of preservative agent which has p otential application.In this paper a method of producing trehalose from beer fac tory's waste yeast was proposed. Trehalose was extracted by inactivating trehalo se.The extract was decolored by using active carbon,and then was desalted and d ecolorized by using anion and cation exchange resin.The desalted liquid was conc entrated and crystalized with alcohol.At last the crystals were obtained.
