摘要 教与学是相对依存的,但不是相互对称的。教是为了不教,学是为了更好地学;教以学的需要为前提,学并不以教的需要为前提。教是要走向自我否定的,学却要走向自我肯定。教在自我否定中自我肯定,学在自我肯定中自我成长。教与学的非对称性对教师的启示是多方面的。教者,不仅要有丰富的知识,更要有获取知识的那种知识。教师不仅要学习,更要站在元学习的高度去引导学习。教师不仅要让学生更有知识,更要让学生变得比以前更聪明、更智慧、更高尚。 Teaching and learning are dependent on each other but they are not symmetrical. The purpose of teaching is to let student learn by themselves while the aim of learning is to make students learn better. Teaching take the need of learning as its premise, but it' s not necessary to learn at the premise of teaching. Teaching comes to the end of self-negation while learning comes to self-affirmation. Teaching finds its confidence in the process of self-negation and learning becomes maturity in the period of self-affirmation. It' s very vital for teachers to know the revelation of asymmetry between teaching and learning. Teacher should be equipped with extensive knowledge and the knowledge of how to gain knowledge as well. Teacher should not only learn but also guide studying in the perspective of meta-learning. Teacher' s tasks are not just to make his or her students learn more knowledge but become more clever, more wisdom, more nobility than before.
