摘要
总体而言,目前我国企业物流成本管理存在诸多问题,严重制约了企业的健康发展。文中通过对我国企业物流成本管理现状的剖析,对企业完善物流成本管理提出了若干对策及思考。
Generally speaking,at present,there are many problems in Chinese enterprises＇ logistics cost management.It restrict the healthy development of enterprises seriously.In this paper,the author has analyzied the status of logistics cost management in Chinese enterprises,put forward several countermeasures to enterprise＇s logistics cost management.
