摘要
随着市场经济的发展,企业间的竞争越来越激烈,为了在竞争中立于不败之地,大多数企业开始使用绩效管理体系来提高组织的绩效,以宏发炼钢厂为例,设计了适用于钢铁企业的"指标积分制"绩效管理体系,该绩效管理体系针对各生产与管理岗位,以指标过细分解为手段,通过强化绩效管理组织、形成三层次目标管理网络、构建全指标考核体系、打通绩效管理全流程,实现了收入分配与指标绩效的高度统一,为其他钢铁企业进行绩效管理体系设计提供了参考。
With the development of market economy and more and more intense competition among enterprises,most enterprises use the performance management system to improve the performance in order to remain invincible in the competition.The author designs a performance management system—indicators points system,which applicable to iron and steel enterprises,taking the case of Hongfa Steel Company.By the means of indicators meticulous decomposition,this performance management system achieves a high degree of unity of the income distribution and indicators performance for the production and management positions,which could provide a reference for other steel companies.This achievements are obtained by the ways of strengthening performance management organization,forming a goal management network of three-level,building a full-indicators evaluation system,getting through the whole process of performance management.
