摘要
文中提出,我们应该在人力资源管理中恰当的应用心理契约理论,有效提升人力资源管理的工作效率,稳定员工队伍,从而实现企业与员工之间的双赢。
In this paper,we should be in human resources management in the proper application of the theory of psychological contract,effectively enhance the work efficiency of human resource management,stable staff,so as to realize the win-win between enterprise and employee.
