摘要
文中通过分析咨询业知识型员工绩效评价现状、绩效影响因素以及知识型员工的特点,针对咨询业员工建立一套具有针对性、可操作性强的绩效评价体系,为改进中国咨询业知识型员工绩效评价提供参考。
In this paper,through the analysis of the consulting industry of knowledge-based employee performance evaluation,performance and the factors affecting the characteristics of knowledge workers,according to consulting staff to establish a set of targeted,strong operability of the performance evaluation system,in order to improve the Chinese consulting industry of knowledge-based employee performance appraisal provides reference.
