摘要
利用纸层析法 ,将模拟酶水解青霉素的产物与青霉素在强酸强碱条件下的降解产物对照 ,初步探讨了模似酶水解反应的机理 .结果表明 :人工合成的模拟酶可在 p H 7,常温条件下有效水解青霉素生成 6 - APA,并保持在较长时间 (2 4 h)内稳定 .同时伴有其他产物生成 .
This article studies β\|cyclodextrin derivative hydrolyzing penicillin G and decomposition react of penicillin G in the strong acid and strong base medium by method of paper chromatography.The result shows that on the conditions of pH 7 and t=25℃,the mimic enzyme can hydrolyze efficiently PG into 6\|APA and some by\|products.
