摘要
分析并参考了UG NX级进模设计向导(PDW),以典型结构的冲模为建模对象,进行自顶向下装配建模,利用参数化设计工具和WAVE功能,在冲压件轮廓及尺寸改变后,可实现模板规格布局、型腔快速同步更新的功能。
By analyzing and with reference to UG NX PDW, the paper shows the design of typical dies with top-down technique. By utilizing the parameterization design and WAVE, it can achieve the functions of overall layout of template and quick refreshing on die car-tier with changing the sizes of stamping parts.
