摘要 本文用机械合金化方法制备了Fe(50)Cu(50)合金,采用XRD研究了合金化过程.计算了晶格常数、晶粒尺寸及微观应变随球磨时间的变化.对Fe-Cu合金的形成进行了动力学分析. In this paper fcc-Fe50Cu50 alloys were prepared by mechanical alloying of elemental Fe and Cu powder blends. The alloying process was studied by x-ray diffraction. The fcc lattice Parameter,grain size and micro-strain as a function of milling time were calculated. The kinetic process in the mechanically alloyed Fe50Cu50 was discussed.
